• Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, time zone, and pages visited on the Platform.
• Usage Data: Login timestamps, game session history, wagering records, deposit and withdrawal history, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.
• Verification Data: Copies of government-issued IDs, selfie photographs, and proof of address documents submitted for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

• Self-exclusion records are retained indefinitely to prevent circumvention of exclusion orders.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, juancasino will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

The juancasino Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. juancasino does not knowingly collect personal data from persons below this age. If juancasino becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person below 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.
