1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the juancasino website located at juancasino.win (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with juancasino's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

Knowingly providing false information regarding age or identity is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law. juancasino will report credible evidence of fraudulent age misrepresentation to appropriate authorities.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) juancasino account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juancasino login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your juancasino account, you must notify juancasino support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance review. juancasino reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

These Terms provide general governing rules; promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters specific to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire without meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
• juancasino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, exploiting technical errors, or employing automated wagering strategies — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of juancasino and its technology providers are not eligible to participate in promotional bonuses.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

juancasino's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

juancasino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the juancasino Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface design, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of juancasino or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any commercial context without juancasino's express prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. juancasino processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

juancasino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of juancasino following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your juancasino account prior to the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the juancasino Platform shall first be referred to juancasino's customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
